Engagement:

  1. Sit in a chair

  2. Lift one heel up at a time

  3. Bring foot forward and back

  4. Bring opposite arm up and then down

  5. Play with moving with foot forward up and opposite arm.

  6. Play with both arms up!

  7. Breathe
