Engagement: 

  1. Stand on the Happ:y Sun facing the Turtle

  2. Step right foot towards the open triangle or square

  3. Turn right foot to point forward, left foot faces Turtle

  4. Bend your right knee

  5. Lift your arms up like the letter ‘T’

  6. Breathe

  7. Now try the other side

Objective Measurement:

  • Measurements dashes on side are 6 inches apart. Each shape is 6 inches apart

  • Space between Dashes and Shapes are 3 inches apart.

  • Standing in the middle of the mat, looking to the left side, the wide leg stance and arm position can be measured as the following (inches are from the center out (turtle):

    • Circle-Turtle: 6 inches

    • Circle-Star: 12 inches

    • Heart-Star: 18 inches

    • Heart-Moon: 24 inches

    • Triangle -Moon: 30 inches

    • Triangle-Diamond: 36 inches
