Engagement: 

  1. Stand on the feet at the top of your mat, pause in Mountain

  2. Use a chair for balance at your side if needed

  3. Lift your left foot up and place it on your right leg or ankle

  4. Let your left knee point out to the side

  5. Grow one or both arms up to the sky

  6. Breathe

  7. Now try the other side
